Welcome!

My name is Rebecca and my passion is to work with people. I have done so throughout my career as a translator and project leader of a refugee project, and as the CEO of a humanitarian NGO. It makes me very happy to be able to transfer my acquired skills into my work as a Coach and Supervisor.

My special approach is to create every process very individually. Since I work with a systemic and individual psychological approach I will see and treat you as the expert of your own story, problems and solutions. I can provide you with the necessary strategies and methods to become more aware of patterns, and most of all your own resources. Your issues matter but what is far more important is to focus on the way forward. Throughout the process I will encourage you to change perspectives and extend the range of options.
